"I have converted all three of my horses and one pony, over to Chaffhaye Alfalfa. My husband and I have busy schedules, and our horses are "family". Chaffhaye has answered many of our feeding and cleaning issues in our barn. Chaffhaye is clean, and always consistent in quality; the barn is easier to muck out and the horses are thriving. We feed Chaffhaye with confidence everyday. Our horse-'kids' are satisfied, feel good, and best of all, not at risk for colic."

Diana Watkins

Dr. Watkins is owner of a variety of pleasure horses and the Flying Pigs Ranch. She converted her feeding program over to Chaffhaye for many of the same reasons other horse owners are frustrated. She found the “hay replacer” at Gateway Ace Hardware in Inyokern and did her homework and research considering using this hay for her animals.

“The quality of dry baled hay has been up and down inconsistent, at constantly higher prices. Some loads I received were not fit to feed, with dust, dirt, weeds, and debris mixed in the hay bale. I now use Chaffhaye as the replacement for dry baled products on my ranch.

I have a 30 yr old mare that is prone to colic, and since feeding her Chaffhaye; she has been colic free and acting better than I have seen on any other feeding regime.

Also, the side bar of good news with ease of handling, is I have no fear of rain or weather damage to this hay while store at my ranch and every bag is premium quality that is the same with every load I receive.”
